Off-Season Workout Schedule
The Ranger Football team is currently in the midst of off-season workouts for next season. Off-season workouts consist of agility/conditioning drills and a full weight lifting regimen. Below is the current workout schedule for all football players currently not playing an in-season sport:

Mon/Wed/Fri--3:15 PM in Weight Room
