Benton High School Weight Room
The Benton High School Weight Room was constructed in the summer of 2016 on the west side of the second level of the Rich Herrin Gym. It houses weight training and cardio equipment that it used by every athletic program at Benton High School, as well as a number of faculty members. With over 80 athletes utilizing the weight room weekly, it is one of the most utilized areas of the Benton High School athletic facilties.
As with most football programs, the Benton Ranger locker room is considered sacred ground to all players past and present. Housed inside the stadium at Tabor Field since the early 1980's, it was remodeled in the summer of 2016. In the early years of the football program, before the locker room existed within the stadium, football players utilized the lockers in what is now referred to as the "east gym". Then later, a locker room facility was constructed next to the Ag/Shop Building. This old locker room facility is now home to the Benton Wrestling team.
